I'm somewhat new to the real estate market. I've sold a few house's but nothing to set the world on fire. I don't have any depth to say that the market is up or down but i see all the house's beeing sold in the office and it seems pretty good to me. The office says that sells are up for the year so i'm surprised they keep saying on the news that the market is so down. Of course we live in a rural market so we are kind of shielded from the wild up's and down's that everyone else experiencese. I'm really glad interest rates arent as high as they where when i bought my first house, we bought a reposesed house and asummed a existing loan at 10% and new rates were at 16 to 17%.I hope rates stay where there at and all goes well.
